Montessori Garden 2026
Montessori Garden has multiple objectives. We want to install an everlasting love of nature in our students. While closely observing how a pant grow, watering, nourishing and providing tender care they develop an attachment to the living world. In our garden, they have an ownership to plants they cultivated and a responsibility to protect and care for them. Other than lessons of life, they learn many lessons of science by just observing how plants grow from a seed, different parts of a plant, how the roots absorb water and take it up to leaves. Our garden also provides home to many different animals, worms, insects, spiders, butterflies and small birds. Out students love to observation of them and relate it to what they learn about the animal word in ther montessori classroom.
Meadows Montessori garden was opened for replantation early spring. Our Montessorians really enjoyed preparing the vegetable beds and removing weeds. Several Meadows families have generously donated plants to support this effort.Â
Science Fair 2026
Science Fair 2026 was fun filled educational family event. All our Montessorians became real scientists for a moment and conducted experiments and proudly demonstrated them to Meadows parents and family.
Curriculum
The curriculum at Meadows Montessori is built upon the core pillars of Montessori education. Sensorial, Mathematics, Practical Life, Language, Art, Science, and Geography. Across all classrooms, we have thoughtfully designed a prepared environment that inspires curiosity, fosters independence, and encourages hands-on exploration in our children’s absorbent early years.
Co-curricular Activities
Our enrichment offerings include yoga, soccer and other team sports, chess for critical thinking, visual and performing arts, music and movement, gardening, science explorations, and cooking activities. Each experience is thoughtfully designed to foster confidence, collaboration, focus, and a love of learning that extends far beyond the classroom.
